They break! No way around and it is a matter a "when" not if. We can offer repair services on site or in our office (which attracts a discounted rate) to assess, report and repair (at your advice) the failing component. We also advise if a component is "not economic to repair" as technology is so fast moving, it is often impossible to source components, even with an age of only 2-3 years. Additionally, replacing an out of date part with one more up to date is not often possible, as many associated parts then also need to be replaced.

Removing viruses and other Malware from your computers;

- Supplying and installing VoIP phone systems, even replacing your PBX system!
- Data Recovery:
This falls into 2 distinct categories: Where you have a faulty hard drive that gets "corrupted".
Using some rather esoteric software, it is often possible to recover most, if not all, of the data on the hard drive.
The second - and far more expensive scenario, is where the hard drive has failed "catastrophically" and cannot be accessed in a normal computer at all.
In this case, the only avenue is to use the services of a "Clean Room", where the drive is literally rebuilt and the data recovery is then attempted.
